I own the rights to the art but not the clients or companies characters, unless my OC is included.

I have the right to use the commission as my sample work (unless stated by the client not to), and to display in my social medias; but do not have the right to resell and alter once done.

No NSFW commissions for anyone under 18

I always put small watermark on all commissioned works. Please do not remove it

I will be drawing in my style only.

I can reject or cancel a commission if it makes me uncomfortable, a client is disrespectful or I simply can't continue

Clients who availed non-commercial use cannot reupload my commission with the intent to resell, profit off, and use commercially. I have separate ToS for commercial use

Only the client has personal use to the commission bought from me. If the client will post it please credit or link my social medias

Cannot use the progress photos I will send for any other purpose other than commissioning me. Clients cannot edit, alter, change or make another artist trace my work

If a client receives a discontinued commission they will have no right to ask another artist to continue it, alter or edit it

Any commission bought from me will never to be used for block chains, NFT or any other cryptocurrencies, & AI purposes

Only up to 4 major revisions in the sketch stage. I will only accept 3 minor revisions in the lineart stage. More than said number will be also be 5$ per revision.

If you ask for a major revision in the lineart stage regardless you haven't used your minor revision, I will charge 5-10$ depending on the complexity.

Payments will be via Paypal (invoice) if you commission me outside Vgen

Payment first before I start on the sketch

A downpayment of 50% is viable

Failure to pay the other 50% whether I am done or not, there will be no refunds.

Please send complete or detailed references of the character/s, and what you want. I do not do custom characters. You can use one of my works as example for how you want your commission to look or feel like

I always provide WIPS (sketch, lineart, colors, etc) and updates about the queue and your commission

I have my Commission Queue that I follow. There, clients can see if how many are being done before theirs.

If you have a specific deadline/want it rushed, please inform me and do note there will be additional fees

There is first come first serve but I will do 2 commissions at a time regardless of how complex the commissions are

My turnaround time is 2-3 weeks PER 2 commissions I juggle. I will also work on my own pace, I have a life outside art and cannot guarantee control if anything were to slow it down. So, if you see there is a queue, please only commission me if you are really willing to wait.

I only give out the HD .png of the commission and not the PSD/CSP file

As I have mentioned, both client and I can discontinue a commission and here are the percentages for each stage. Please read carefully

Note: I will still be giving the low resolution image of the commission depending on the stage (sketch, lineart, etc) with the refund.

All of the terms for non-commercial use still apply to commercial use.

The difference will be the right to use for Twitch (reactive pngs) / YouTube (reactive pngs) / Promotional Purposes (includes schedule art if the png is to be used).

This also includes if you are going to use it for a website where you promote products.

Clients are not allowed to reuse any commission other than it's purpose (e.g reactive pngs only as reactive pngs and not l2d or to be rigged)

I am only open for reactive png commercial usage at the moment! Meaning no banners (unless the png is to be used still), overlays, emotes yet

I am not open for hardcopy prints, stickers, keychains, etc. yet

I am allowed to use the images for portfolio or advertising purposes (unless stated otherwise by the client)

Again my art is never to be used for block chains, NFT or any other cryptocurrencies, & AI purposes

Rush fee: Additional 15$ (any type)

Additional details mean the details of the characters (very detailed designs) and background to add in the piece

Additional details do not include the simple type background (brush effects/shapes, etc. Note: I do not do proper perspective backgrounds yet!
